I bring 15 years of corporate experience gained in HR Management, Business Partner, Strategy and Employee Relations roles, as well as my expertise as a Coach & Mentor. I will help you identify interventions to enable you and your team to become more effective in achieving your objectives.
This may involve: Working with team members individually and collectively; using psychology-based assessment tools; defining shared values; identifying behaviours that support or undermine the change agenda you are pursuing; exploring team dynamics; improving communication practices; optimising performance management processes and increasing self-awareness around leadership style and influence.
